Fitness Quiz!

Through my years of working in the fitness industry I
have been asked many questions.

The one thing that stands out to me is women would
say "I don't want to get big and bulky"!

Well, ladies...trust me with only lifting 5-8lb DB
there is NO chance of that happening!
